Biography

William Apalyam Anyindana is an Assistant Lecturer with the Department of Ecological Agriculture, Bolgatanga Technical University, Ghana. His area of specialization is in Postharvest Technology. He is remarkably motivated in his research interest area, mainly in postharvest management of horticultural crops. He also has far-reaching interest in the evaluation of growth, yield and quality parameters of vegetable crops, characterizing vegetable seeds as well as postharvest handling of produce.
