The Bolgatanga Technical University, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 663, (2003) as amendment, invites eligible Suppliers, Consultants, Contractors and Service providers who are interested in doing business with the University to apply to be registered towards the compilation and development of suppliers Data-base for 2022.

GOODS

  1. Office Stationery
  2. Printing
  3. General Office equipment (photocopiers, file cabinet fridges air-conditioners etc.)
  4. Computers, accessories and ICT services
  5. Electronic and Electrical fittings 
  6. Clothing and sewing equipment
  7. Detergents/sanitary/cleaning materials
  8. Furniture and Fittings
  9. Hospital consumables and equipment
  10. Office Consumables

GOODS

  1. Safety materials (fire extinguishers, boots, Smoke detectors)
  2. Textbooks
  3. Sports and Recreational Equipment
  4. Uniforms and Protective Clothing
  5. Vehicle Spare Parts, accessories and supplies
  6. Medical Laboratory Reagents

WORKS

  1. Civil Works ( carpentry, plumbing Electrical works)
  2. Maintenance of infrastructure facilities and other price quotation contracts
  3. Maintenance of Office Buildings

SERVICES

  1. Consultancy services in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  2. Consultancy Services in ICT Software Development and training
  3. Maintenance of vehicles, workshops, air-conditioners, general office equipment
  4. Catering Services

The Application Process

Interested Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants are expected to introduce their business and provide copies of the following valid business documents to in order to do business with the University:

Introductory Letter

Introductory letter indicating business location and address, and major business line

Business Certificates

Business Registration Certificate/Renewal of Business Certificate

3

Tax Certificate

Interested suppliers are required to provide a valid VAT Registration Certificate or evidence of exemption

4

Ghana Revenue Certificate

Valid Ghana Revenue Certificate or evidence of exemption

5

SSNIT Clearance Certificate

It is required that interested parties should have a valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate

6

Works & Housing Certificate

Ministry of Works & Housing Certificate (Construction and Civil works only)

7

Labour Certificate (Works)

Labour Certificate is required works related supplies

8

Public Procurement Certificate

Evidence or Certificate of Public Procurement Authority Registration

All applicants are expected to download the registration form and fill.

Completed registration forms together with all the relevant documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Procurement’s Office between 19th January to 18th February, 2022.
