Biography

Jacqueline Onumah is a Senior Lecturer in the Ecological Agriculture Department at the Bolgatanga Technical University in Ghana. Her area of specialization is Communication for Innovation Studies. She has conducted extensive research into Agricultural Communication and Innovation, Environmental Education, Gender-related issues in development, Agricultural Technology transfer and Assessment, Interdisciplinary research, Sustainable Agriculture, Discourse analysis.

She has also held various positions in the Ecological Agriculture Department such as Academic board representative (2016/2017), Academic counselor (2013/2014), Chairperson for Practical Tour Committee (2012/2013), and Chairperson for Welfare Committee (2015/2016).

She was also a member of the committee that drafted the B.Tech Ecological Agriculture curriculum.
