Biography

I had my BSc Civil Engineering degree (2006) from the KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana, and my MSc (2012) in Environmental Science and Policy from Clark University in Worcester Massachusetts. I am a Lecturer of environmental engineering at the Bolgatanga Technical University. I have extensive experience in: the design and monitoring of tailings dam, the design and evaluation of water supply projects, general civil engineering project planning and contaminated land assessment. At BTU, I teach Environmental Science, Environmental Quality Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Hydraulics and Engineering Hydrology. Currently, my research interests focus on hospital waste management, wastewater treatment using agriculture fibres and river morphology.
