Biography

Simon Wombosie George is a Chief Instructor who teaches hospitality courses from Advance cookery level to Bachelor of Technology in Hospitality and Catering Management in the Department of Hospitality at the Bolgatanga Technical University.

Simon W. George believes that practical and writing skills are not only a fundamental part of academic excellence, but the building blocks for a successful life and problem solving agents for the current status of the global phenomenon. He has much interest in product development with a dynamic guidance and supervision of students in the conduct of research relative to experimental design.
